Summary

TruClean was established in 2007 and provides among the highest quality Pressure Washing and Green Friendly Window Cleaning available in Atlanta with over 30 years experience. Specializing in Residential and Commercial Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing, they will meet and exceed all of your expectations.

Describe your business.

We are a window cleaning and pressure washing business based in Brookhaven, however we will travel up to 40 miles around the Atlanta area.

What made you decide to open this business?

Opportunity! I wanted to open a business for the opportunity to make more money and grow around the TruClean brand that I created.

What was it like when you first started?

It was great, we were surprisingly busy even though were still so new. We were trained for a few weeks by seasoned window cleaners and put in a lot of self-training hours to learn different techniques. I went to several pressure washing conventions and put in a lot of extra hours to perfect the quality of our work.

What has surprised you most when owning a business?

How much more time consuming it is than working a normal job. I put in a lot of hours after work whether it is ordering materials, bookkeeping, or taxes.

What would your customers say they love most about your business?

Our customers would definitely say that they love the quality of our services. There is nothing more important to us than a satisfied customer. We try very, very, hard to bring our clients the highest quality of service along with professionalism and a good attitude. In this business we do all types of houses in varying price ranges, so we get to work with different kinds of customers which make it fun. I love all of my customers, I wish that I could name them all but since there are over 200 of them that would take up too much space here!

Who are some of your business idols and role models? And why?

Anybody that has a good, honest, quality service - no matter what field it is in, I look up to them. There are too many people out there that do not put their clients’ satisfaction first.

Do you have any advice that you want to share with other entrepreneurs?

Bring the quality! If you bring a quality service or product to your customers, your business will grow. Our business is heavily dependent upon referrals in our community. Our quality is extremely important in earning our client’s trust so that they can depend on us to take care of their friends and family.

Where are your favorite places to go in the neighborhood?

I am always working, busy cleaning windows and pressure washing homes, so honestly after working so much I really love to just stay at home and relax. But there is no shortage of places to eat within five miles of us, whether that’s Buford Highway, or Peachtree Industrial.
